Introduction to Multi-Pitch Climbing

For those with some climbing experience who’d like to take things further, this session is a taster of what’s involved in multi-pitch climbing. During the day you will recap on basic skills and choosing/planning a route; your instructor will also discuss carrying equipment on your harness, the use of protection, building anchors, stance management, and retreating from a route.

Equipment needed: Climbing clothing, climbing shoes
