Volunteers: We keep names, contact information, and any other relevant information that has been provided by volunteers for the duration of their voluntary service.

 

Other purposes: We may keep names and contact information for other purposes for ten years, or sooner if it is no longer needed. We review the information that we are keeping annually. Any information not required after the annual check, or over/up to the ten years, will be disposed of by permanently deleting digital information, or destroying (shredding) physical information.
